Rule 11
Annual General Meeting

(1) Within 6 months from the end of each financial year, every organization or association shall call the annual general meeting. In case any member submits an application to the registrar to convene such a meeting or even if no such application is submitted, the registrar or a person designated by him may convene such a meeting within 35 days from the date of expiry of the period specified in sub-rule (1).

(3) Annual General Meeting The quorum shall be twenty-five percent of the total number of members of such meeting or 13 persons whichever is greater and fifty percent in the case of association.

(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (3), a quorum for the first time to conduct the meeting. In the event that the meeting has to be convened for the second time without reaching the number, another notice of at least seven days shall be given and the quorum of the meeting convened for the second time shall be 15 percent of the total number of members in the case of an organization or 11 persons, whichever is more, and forty percent in the case of an association.
(5) The chairperson of the annual general meeting will be chaired by the chairman of the committee and in the absence of the chairperson, a member chosen by the members present will chair the meeting. It will be decided by consensus. If the votes are equal, the chairman will give the deciding vote.
